	Hi Helen Sorry l haven't looked at the forum for a while...are you free at weekends to train? or are evenings better? I'm in Wandsworth so it will be easy to meet up. I've been trying the follow the recommended training schedule... a very fit friend of mine is making sure l put the miles in although she's not actually doing the actual ride. How's the fundraising going? Sara
