With awe-inspiring views of the Himalaya, our trek across the Annapurna range offers an unforgettable experience.

Join us as we trek through mountainside villages and thick forest and gain a real insight into the local culture and all at low altitude. With arguably one of the best views in the World the Nepal trek has so much to offer and certainly won't disappoint those with a sense of adventure.

DAY 1:
Depart London for Kathmandu

DAY 2:
Arrive Kathmandu

DAY 3:
Take spectacular flight to Pokhara. Start trek

DAY 4:
Follow Seti Nadi river before steep climb to camp

DAY 5:
Climb to 360 degree view of the Annapurna range

DAY 6:
Trek through forest before descending to village of Parju

DAY 7:
Steep descent to Lamakhet

DAY 8:
Half days trek to edge of Pokhara valley

DAY 9:
Fly back to Kathmandu, free time to explore

DAY 10:
Fly home

DAY 11:
Arrive London

Is the trip for me?

Absolutely the Nepal Trek welcomes all with a sense of adventure, so if you are up for a physical and mental challenge this is for you. Most of your fellow trekkers won't have done anything like this before and while some will travel with friends and family, many will come alone. However, they will go home having secured new friends for life!

How fit do I need to be?

You don't need to be an athlete to conquer the Nepal Trek; however you will need to complete a good amount of training to make the most of this fantastic opportunity. We will provide you with a comprehensive training guide to help get you to the summit the highest freestanding mountain in the world and will of course be on hand every step of the way to help with any queries you may have.

How much do I have to raise?

£3,000

Will I be able to raise the sponsorship level?

Yes! - Even if you are new to this kind of fundraising, with planning and determination you will find that you are reaching your target in no time. It is recommended that you start your fundraising as soon as possible and in addition our overseas managers are full of new and exciting fundraising ideas should you need to seek inspiration.

Can I extend my trip?

Yes! For a nominal administration fee your flight can be extended (subject to availability) which will give you a fantastic opportunity to explore this amazing location at your own pace.

Will you help me?

Yes! We have an event manager on hand from the second you sign up right until after you return from your challenge. Once we receive your booking we will send out a comprehensive confirmation pack that includes everything you need to know. Our dedicated phone line ensures that we are just a call away to assist you with any queries you may have and we even arrange a get together before the trip departs, enabling you to meet fellow trekkers and swap both training and fundraising ideas.

What is the food like?

Fantastic! You'll enjoy Nepalese cuisine such as lentils, rice and curried vegetables. Vegetarians can be catered for.

What do I need to bring?

You won't need any specialist kit, however you will need a pair of worn in walking boots and a good sleeping bag. A comprehensive kit list will be supplied upon registration.

What will happen to my luggage during trekking days?

A team of porters will carry your main luggage along the route. You will just need to carry the essentials in a day pack such as fleece, waterproofs, sun cream and of course your camera.

How many people can take part?

The average group size is 40 people although this does vary considerably from trip to trip.

What type of accommodation will I be staying in?

We will be camping whilst actually on the Trek and staying in hotels on either side.

What's included in the cost?

Flights and all internal travel, accommodation, all meals on trekking days, water, refreshments, guides, a doctor and medical support

Is there an age restriction?

You will need to be over 18 but there is no upper age limit. If you are over 65 will just need to get a medical form signed by your doctor.

What about insurance?

You must have travel insurance cover in order to participate in this challenge. You can either arrange this yourself (as long as your insurance company is aware of the nature of what you are doing and that it is a charity event) or we can help you arrange this.
